Bannack to Lima Photos

That's.... a long way to go.

Look at the F**@#&*ing moon!

Believe it or not, there were enough streams through this area that I didn't need to carry anymore water than usual.

Climb Climb Climb

That thing is called a Beaver Sled (or something like that). It's used for stacking hay and was invented in this area. It's named after the Beaver valley or mountains or body part or something like that.

I'm in the part of the world where you make your own shade when you need lunch and a nap.

The climb goes way up and off into the distance.

The top!

The descent!

30 miles late or so, I exited the canyon...

and Limped into Lima.

The South Bounder's bikes from Wyoming, I can't remember their names. I was half dead when we met.

Apparently they expect a lot of Tesla's out here? WTF?

That's a hell of a closed down bar. It's like something out of Mad Max.

Home for the night.

  1. Thanks for taking the time to share the stories and photos. It's always enjoyable to hear things from the Seager perspective and the scenery is amazing. The riding sounds tough!
