Weight Loss
I
was looking at summer photos from the bike tour and found evidence of
my shrinking upper body. It appears 0-1,000 miles I mostly lost fat,
then 1,000 - 4,064 miles I started losing significant amounts of muscle
(my legs were growing just as fast, so maybe it all just moved south.)
The shirt did also stretch some. Total weight loss was only 10 lbs,
thanks in part to leg muscle mass.
